Hilarious...

Jason was being so funny. Mom put a plastic egg in his onesie. Jason was pretty funny about it. He knew there was something in there, but he didn't know what or how to get it out. So, he stretched his onesie out and kept looking inside. It was pretty hilarious.

Ha Ha!! Good thing it was an old old onesie. Pretty funny.

More Easter.....

As I mentioned, Mom and Dad made a huge feast for us on Easter. Jenni made homemade ice cream and of course, Mom made a wonderful batch of chocolate chip cookies. We gave Jason a cookie and he loved it. The chocolate got everywhere, but again, he loved it. They are truly the best cookies ever.

I don't know about this chocolate.

So tasty.

Best. Cookies. EVER!!

Jason even thinks so.

Easter Day

We had a rather eventful Easter this year. Of course, Cory and I stayed up way too late and were way to tired on Easter. Jenni and Ted came to our house on Saturday night while the kids were supposed to be sleeping. Well, Tyler would not go to sleep and Dad called and said that Abby wouldn't go to sleep either. So we just had a short little visit with them. Cory and I ended up watching American Idol until 2:00 am. We are crazy. The Easter Bunny came while we were watching the show. Then, we woke up bright and early so that we could go to Mom and Dad's ward for Easter church. It was extra special because dad got to talk on this fabulous day. Then, we went to Mom and Dads for an Easter feast. Grandma and Connie were there too. It was just a lovely day. The weather was beautiful and being with the family was very enjoyable.

He is so cute.

I am smiling with my eyes....Tyra would be so proud.

Day before Easter egg hunt

The day before Easter we went to a park a few blocks from our house to attend a city Easter Egg hunt. It was a little crazy and there were tons of people there. The park was scattered with thousands and thousands of eggs. They blew the whistles and all the kids ran. Tyler was a little slow. He just kind of walked slowly and I had to point to eggs for him to pick up. He got a whopping 7 eggs. He also picked up some kids fake grass and put them in his basket. All he really cared about was playing on the play ground. So we let him play for a while. While Abby and Juliette really like the egg hunt.

Tyler loves the slide.

Action shot of the egg hunt...sorry about the blurriness.

He really does love the play ground.

What a cute couple!!

Another playground, but on the same day.

Going head first down the slide. It was a really high slide and he almost feel off.

Grown up....

Look who is all grown up now....

Jason is getting around like crazy. He can stand up all by himself and he has been trying to stand up in the middle of the floor. I just can't believe he is getting around so fast.

Cute Tyler

Tyler has been quite the little man lately. He is so grown up and he has been trying to show us his independence. We need to buy locks or chains to put on our door. Every time he gets a chance, he runs outside. He has also been testing our patience with bedtime and meal times. Also, since I've been working a lot more, he's had a few more accidents than normal. He is such a cutie pie though. He has also been saying a few funny things lately. Like on Sunday, Cory put a black suit on and Tyler goes up to him and says, "You look sharp Daddy."

Who taught him how to pose....?

Early Easter at the Miles'

The Sunday before Easter we had a lovely Easter breakfast at the Miles house. I had to work at Sears that day so we had breakfast before I went to work. Later, after I got off work, we had a lovely Easter egg hunt in the backyard. It wasn't the best of days and so the egg hunt was cut a little short.

Kayla at breakfast.

Right before the egg hunt. Waiting patiently.

The kids are ready.

On your marks, get set, GO!!

Of course, Jason was a little young for the egg hunt. So Cory just held him the whole time.

What a cutie pie.

Big smiles.

Look at my bag full of eggs.

Tyler found an awesome potato head Easter bunny.

Cute.

Look at all our eggs.

We gave Jason empty eggs once we were inside.
