Swimming at Ross Park

Last week was so hot here that we decided to go swimming at the Ross Park Aquatic Center. It was pretty fun. They have a normal swimming pool, a lazy river, water slides, and a kiddie pool play area. At first Tyler hated it. But, once he got used to the water and temperature he loved it. He would splash and splash and clap his hands together and laugh. My favorite part was the lazy river. It was fun just floating on an inner tube in the sun.

We forgot a change of clothes for Tyler so he had to ride home in just his diaper. I thought he looked cute in his car seat.

    Swimming with Tyler was a ton of fun! We'll definitely have to get a bunch of family together for a swim day so Tyler can play in the water with a cousin or two!

    Yeah, I've never got any blog-spam. I've only had a few rude comments posted by people I didn't know, but that was taken care of when I set my profile to not allow anonymous postings. It is annoying to have to type in the word verification when making comments so I'm glad you ditched it. Maybe others will too.


    FYI my anti-virus software is up and running again.
