Krista's baby shower

A few weeks ago Krista's sister had a baby shower for Krista and the twinners. While things were slowing down towards the end Brian and I took a stroll outside with the kids. Jason was so scared of the cows. He hasn't been that close to animals before and to be right next to a cow...that was some scary stuff.

Moo!

He was a little hesitant here. At least Uncle Brian is keeping him safe.

Such a sad face.

I love this picture of Madison and Ben. Such good looking kids.

Big smiles and eyes for Benny.

I kept laughing at Madison because she kept running after this baby calf.

Jason wasn't too happy when we set him down.

Madison and Ben feeding the calf from a bottle.

Hats...

I've been making tons and tons of hats lately. I've been experimenting with different yarns and needle sizes. These two are a few of my favorites. I've also made green hats with white eyes that look like frogs. I am going to donate most of the ones I make to Primary Childrens Hospital. I think the kids will like these ones.
Jason likes to wear my hats. He loves to put them on and take them off.....Tyler, does not.

Cute boys

I haven't posted for awhile so I'd thought I'd start by posting these cute pictures of the boys from March.

First bike ride of the year...

On Monday night we ventured out for our very first family bike ride of the year....it was so much fun. The boys love riding in the back trailer. I had taken them out on my own once, which was a lot harder than it seems. Pulling 70 extra pounds was a hard work out for me. I only lasted a couple of miles. When Cory takes them, it makes our rides a little more even. We are paced the same.

When we got home, Tyler practiced riding his bike. He is so much better than he was last year. Hopefully by summer he will be able to ride to the park and back.

Jason had fun scooting along on the big wheel.

Ahhhh.....

He is very determined to ride.

Now Tyler is riding the scooter.

It's a little bit harder, but he is getting the hang of it.

Jason insisted on trying the bike out too.

Tyler is so good on the big wheel. He can ride pretty fast in it.

Whoa.

Jason loves the scooter. He will hang on and I just push him along and along. He loves it.

And he's off.

Cute one of Jason.

Painted living room

Sooo....I am in the process of painting our living room. It has taken me a little while to do. It's hard to paint during the day when the boys are home, but it's also hard to pain at night when Cory is off work because we are in our bedtime routine and then I am just so tired I just want to go to bed. I am slowly getting there though. I love this color. It matches everything in the living room and it is just so FUN!

I actually bought this vinyl letter kit at Ross for $6...not bad. It was a pain to put up though and it took a while.

Our sitting area.

Isn't it such a lovely yellow. I can't wait until the floor get done. It's going to look so nice in here.

Some cute pictures

These are just some really cute pictures I found on the camera.

Tyler and his cute smile. I laugh when ever he poses like this. He tilts his head to the side and smiles. What a cutie pie.

A pretty good picture of me.

Cute boys hugging....or Tyler trying to force Jason into a hug.

I love love love this picture of Tyler. He is such a happy, good looking boy.

Our NEW bedroom makeover

Here are the pictures you have all been waiting for....our ORANGE bedroom. I know orange is not the color most people would pick out, but we LOVE it. It is so bright and lovely. I love it to death.

I made the valance and I had this weird brown fabric laying around for the curtains. They aren't that dark, so I leave them tied like this most of the time.

We have one of our Guitar Hero guitars hanging up on the wall next to the curtains. On the other side of the curtains is the TV and xbox.

Our bed. I gor the down comforter for free from amazon after doing so many online survey's and the duvet cover for only $20. It was discounted at 60% off with an additional 40% off the lowest marked price. It is so comfortable and soft.

I love the mirror and decorative votive holders. I love the leaf look.

I had to laugh...this was on Cory's night stand...ha ha ha!!

The dresser and metal art.

My first time making a bedskirt. I made it a little long, and the sides aren't perfect, but it works.

What is Spock doing in our room?

Live Long and Prosper.

The closets and brown accent wall.

Our family

This is not the best shot in the world. But, it is the most recent of our cute little family.

World's greatest kisser.....

I ordered this t-shirt for Cory a few weeks ago. There was a promotion on facebook that the first 1000 people to respond got a free t-shirt, so I got him one that said THE WORLD'S GREATEST KISSER IN THE WORLD. I thought it was funny. And free.....that is awesome too.

Jason was funny with these pants. They are Cory's pajama bottoms and Jason put them on himself. He was so proud.

THE WORLD'S GREATEST KISSER IN THE WORLD....ha ha ha!!!!

Silly boys

These two boys really keep me on my toes everyday. Tyler is so silly and is kind of obsessed with his tongue right now. Jason is a little more mellow and will often mimic what ever Tyler is doing. I love being a stay at home mom with them. They are such good boys.
