Two cute boys

Jason is such a fun baby. He just sits there and smiles...well, smiles with spit-up and slober....still very cute though.

Tyler is getting so much better with him. He now will talk to him and he isn't too rough with him anymore.

They are just two cute boys.

Tyler loves Jason.

Jason is catching up to Tyler's big size. He is now 18.1 pounds. Crazy big kids I have.

Cheap RIBS

How many ribs can you buy for $3.58?

A lot.

These are our COSTCO ribs that were mismarked, so we got them for really cheap.
Cory did a really good job making them. He even made his own BBQ sauce. They were so messy and oh so good. So worth the $3.58 and cooler from Wal-mart we bought to get them home in.

Cory is so excited to be cooking ribs.

Tyler is his Sioux chef.

Apple madness

So intense.

How many Apple products can you fit in one picture?

I thought these pictures where funny. Cory and Amy were just sitting there for like a half hour talking about games they could out on the itouch and iphone...I was bored mindless. Cory is like Jared, I think I have touched the itouch once...just once. I really tdo like the games on it, but honestly....to sit and talk about for over 5 minutes makes my eyes gloss over and then I just get lost in translation.

Fun at Amy's house

A few days ago we went to Amy's house to visit and to have Jason try on the dalmatian outfit she got him to make sure it fits for the pictures.. We ended up chatting for awhile and Tyler kept getting into trouble. Here are some random pictures of our visit.

Me and cute little Tyler.

A big smile.

"Show me your guns." We've been trying to teach him how to flex his muscles.

Tyler scooted this chair all the way across the kitchen.

Why you ask?

To climb on it....

So he could reach the starbursts.

It took him about ten minutes to do all of this. I had fun watching him.

What a cute Dalmation

Jason looks thrilled to be in his outfit.

Nice Gothic lipstick Amy.

Amy got this Halloween outfit for Jason last week while she was in Utah. She is going to take Halloween pictures of both the boys together this week. Tyler is going to dress up has a dog as well. Stuarts are having a Halloween promotion going on, so she is taking pictures of the two dalmations with a high school student who will be dressed as Cruela Di Ville. It's going to look pretty cute. I think Jason looks adorable in his costume.

Paparazzi

So, if Cory were famous, this picture is what would show up in all the gossip magazines. I just thought it was hilarious. I make such a good paparazzi.

Cute Jason

I took Jason with me to work last week, and he was being so cute. He's really starting to smile now and he's getting to be quite animated. He loves to look at you and then he smiles really big the moment you look at him. He is starting to laugh, but only a few times now, and and the right moments. He really loves to watch Tyler and he likes smashed plums.

I am so serious.

What a cute smile.

Cute Tyler.

I was downstairs on the computer when Tyler comes swooshing down the stairs, this is how he was dressed up as. He had on one of Cory's old robes, and a towel wrapped around his hair. It was pretty cute.

Peaches

Our big box of peaches.

Cooling the peaches so we can take the skins off.

The boil/cool down bowls.

Cutting the peaches. Cory is embarrassed because I caught him using our Rachel Ray knife. HA!

That is a lot of peaches.

So delicious.

Jason was being so good in his swing while we did this.

We got like 17 jars of jam, and 9 quart size bags of frozen peaches. We are such good homemakers.

And,

Here are all the dishes we have to do. Argh.

We bought a huge box of peaches while we were in Utah last weekend, and we ended up making jam from some of it and cutting the rest up, putting it in a simple syrup, and then freezing them. The jam is really good. We haven't had any frozen peaches yet, but, I know we will soon. I'm betting those are going to be really tasty too. It all went pretty fast, and Tyler loved helping us. He was eating those peaches like candy when we had them out. He loves them.

Day Tripper

Last weekend we headed to Utah for the day. We first went to the Maddox in Brigham City to eat lunch. We had a $5 off coupon because of Tyler's birthday. After our lunch-dinner, we walked across the street to see what they were selling at the fruit stand. We ended up buying a ton of peaches, some mini canteloupe, spaghetti squash, a few variety of plums, and a huge bag of onions. Tyler loved walking around the fruit stand. He was pretty excited about the pumpkins. And, he kept grabbing peaches and eating them. It was funny. We wanted to take Tyler to the dinosaur park in Ogden, but it started raining, so we went to COSTCO instead. We fell in love. We were trying not to buy any food since we still had to drive home, but we ended up buying some pork ribs. They were miss-marked and so we got about $20 worth of ribs for $3.58. Isn't that awesome. It was a really good day and it was nice to get out of town for a little while.

We called ahead to make a reservation, but we still had to wait a little while because they were super busy...but it's Maddox, what do you expect?

Tyler showing us how old he is.

I am THREE.

Yummy ice cream for Tyler.

Jason just chilling out in his car seat.

And, a few pictures of Tyler.
